Sweet Potatoes And Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large can sweet potatoes, sliced
1 large can applesauce
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Butter bottom of casserole dish.
Spread a layer of applesauce on bottom of dish.
Add a layer of potatoes.
Then applesauce and then potatoes, etc., ending with applesauce on top with pats of oleo and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 an hour.
