Tuna Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans grated tuna fish
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mash the tuna thoroughly; mix to a smooth paste with the potatoes, cheese, eggs, parsley, garlic and seasoning.
    Shape into flat cakes about 1/2-inch thick and 2 inches in diameter.
    Dip in the bread crumbs; saute in the hot oil until golden.
    Serve hot or cold; hot with tomato sauce and cold with mayonnaise.
    Serves 6.
