Brisket With Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef brisket
    1 c. catsup
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 dashes hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from brisket.
    Salt and pepper both sides and place in a large roasting pan, fat side up.
    Combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, hot pepper sauce and water in a medium saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over brisket and cover with a lid or aluminum foil.
    Place in a 200\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 hours. After brisket has been cooking for 1 hour, check to see if sauce is covering brisket.
