Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium tomatoes
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. grated hard cheese (cheddar)
    3 tbsp. parsley
    1 1/2 tbsp. chives
    olive oil
Preparation
    Cut tops off tomatoes.\tWith a teaspoon, carefully hollow out the tomatoes.
    Add the olive oil to a frying pan; fry onion, breadcrumbs, parsley and chives.
    Add cheese near the end to melt. With a teaspoon, place stuffing in the hollowed-out tomatoes.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
