Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium size apples
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Peel and slice apples into baking pan. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and egg.
Sprinkle over apples and sugar mixture.
Melt oleo and pour over apples.
Add pecans if desired.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream. Yields 6 servings.
