Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean hamburg
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. oleo
2 c. tomato soup
Preparation

Mix hamburg, rice, salt and pepper; form into 8 to 10 balls. Place in baking dish.
Saute green pepper, onion and celery in oleo for 5 minutes.
Add tomato soup.
Pour over meat balls; cover dish with cover or foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover a few minutes before taking from oven to brown meat. Serve with mashed potatoes.
