Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 doz. eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    crumbled ham or bacon
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Beat eggs, milk, and sour cream.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Pour into dish, bake until set but moist; about 35 minutes.
    Serves lots.
