Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 blare can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
    1 large package flaked coconut
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 large container cool whip
    1 large package vanilla pudding (prepared)
Preparation
    Bake cake according to package in two layer pans.
    Let cool. In a large punch bowl, crumble 1 cake layer and then add a layer of coconut, pineapple, pie filling and nuts.
    Crumble second layer and repeat.
    Pour pineapple juice over top and top with cool whip. sprinkle with chopped nuts and cherries.
