Norma'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled
    18 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    18 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. chives
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Drain and mash.
    Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth.
    Add potatoes and remaining ingredients, except paprika.
    Beat just until combined.
    Spoon mixture into lightly buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
    Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until heated.
