Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned salmon
    2 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. fat and 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Add the beaten egg yolks, bread crumbs, lemon juice and seasonings to the flaked salmon.
    Mix thoroughly and fold in beaten egg whites.
    Mold and bake about 1/2 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven. Crumbs over loaf make it brown nicely.
