Korean Yukke Mando - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    3 or 4 onions, diced
    1 small garlic, diced fine
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    egg roll wraps
    1/2 lb. ground round
    2 carrots, diced
    1 tsp. m.s.g.
    1/2 c. shredded cheese (American)
Preparation
    Brown beef and pork; drain.
    Add onions, carrots, m.s.g., garlic, celery salt and shredded cheese.
    Put water on table and lay egg wraps in the water to keep them from sticking to table. Fill wrap and fold into diamond shape.
    Deep fry.
    To dip these, use soy sauce or A.1. sauce or sweet and sour sauce or barbecue sauce.
