Sunday Morn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. cooked diced ham
7 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. canned mushrooms
Preparation

Place hash browns in a 13x9 greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with ham, cheese, onions, peppers, mushrooms.
Set aside.
Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper together.
Pour over ham mixture.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.
