Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

6 medium sweet potatoes
1 bag large marshmallows
3 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes; put through ricer while still warm.
Roll a marshmallow in potatoes, then roll in crushed cornflakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
