Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 small pkg. chopped broccoli
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 medium onion
4 eggs

Preparation

Thaw broccoli in microwave.
Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan (do this in stove oven).
Chop onion.
Slightly beat eggs. Mix all together and pour into pan with melted margarine.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
This is also good when cold.
