Beef Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 can mushrooms, chopped
1 handful chopped bean sprouts (fresh or canned)
1 bag prepared tossed salad (Strickland's)
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
soy sauce
oil for deep frying
Preparation

Brown hamburger and partially drain.
Add next 4 ingredients and stir-fry on high with 1/4 cup soy sauce until lettuce is almost clear, 2 to 3 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Follow directions on package for filling egg roll wrappers.
Seal and deep fry until desired brownness.
Serve with various sauces for dipping.
