Twin Roast Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole fryers (3 lb. each)
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Accent
    4 Tbsp. corn oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 clove garlic
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. small soft bread cubes
    1/2 tsp. dried leaf oregano
    1/2 c. chopped black olives
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Sprinkle neck and body cavities of two whole frying chickens with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon Accent.
    Heat 2 tablespoons corn oil in 10-inch frypan.
    Add onions, garlic and green pepper. Sprinkle with remaining 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon Accent. Cook over moderate heat, stirring, for 5 minutes.
