My Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread, crusts removed
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. cheese, shredded
    2 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Grease an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Layer 6 slices of bread and then 2 cups of cheese twice.
    Mix milk, eggs and mustard and pour over layers.
    Cover and let stand overnight.
    Place casserole in a pan of hot water and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
