Zucchini Square - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. zucchini, peel and cube
1/2 c. onion
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs, beaten well
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. cheese
3 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano

Preparation

Peel zucchini; cut in 4ths and cube.
Stir everything together in large bowl.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes in 9 x 10-inch glass dish until golden color.
