Mexican Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
    2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack Mexican blend cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 pkg (8 oz.) manicotti shells
    1 jar (16 oz.) picante sauce
Preparation
    In a bowl combine the uncooked beef, beans, chili powder and oregano. Spoon into uncooked manicotti shells. Arrange in a greased 13 X 9 pan. Combine water, picante sauce and pour over shells. cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Uncover and spoon sour cream over top. Sprinkle with cheese and green onions. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer uncovered until cheese melts.
