Christmas Lime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. crushed, drained pineapple
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine the gelatin, marshmallows and sugar with one cup boiling water.
Stir until marshmallows dissolve.
Refrigerate until partially congealed.
Blend in whipped cream, pineapple, cream cheese and pecans.
Chill until set.
