Delicious Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pie crust, baked
2 to 3 large firm ripe tomatoes (not overly ripe), sliced 1-inch thick
2 or 3 green onions (use small amount of tops), chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. chives
1/2 tsp. basil
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp grated cheese
3 slices bacon, fried crispy
Preparation

Fill crust alternately with layers of tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Combine mayonnaise and sharp cheese.
Spread over tomatoes.
Sprinkle top with crumbled bacon and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
