Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Shoe Peg corn
1 small (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Preparation

Mix corn, sour cream, mushroom soup and cheese together. Spread in glass Pyrex dish.
Crush crackers firmly and spread evenly on top.
Cut butter into squares and place over top of crackers.
Cook for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
