Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. cooked, sliced and drained carrots
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (fresh if available)
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet.
Stir in brown sugar, mustard and salt. Add cooked carrots.
Heat, stirring constantly until carrots are glazed, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Yields 4 servings.
