Easy Moussaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1/3 c. tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped mint (optional)
    1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Place eggplant slices on cookie sheet and brush with melted margarine.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper and broil for 5 minutes or until golden.
    Turn slices and brush and season again and brown second side.
