Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. shortening or oil
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water; let soften 10 minutes.
    Add remaining water and sugar, salt, shortening and 1 cup flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
    Knead until smooth (I use an electric mixer with dough hooks).
    Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top of dough.
    Let rise until double, about 1 hour.
    (I place in cold oven with a pan of hot water and it rises faster.)
    Divide in half, roll out
    and put in pans.
    (I just put it in the pans and then roll and push to make it fit.)
