Oriental Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    4 green onions (with tops)
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can chopped water chestnuts, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
    1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
    2 cans beef bouillon
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine until tender.
    Add rice and brown lightly.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Cover the baking dish with foil and a lid.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Do not uncover during baking process.
    Let sit, still covered, for 30 minutes before serving.
    Follow directions exactly and do not substitute.
