1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
1 lb. (two 8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Mix the crumbs, 2 tablespoons of sugar and butter; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
