Ingredients

3 Tbsp. boiling water
1 tsp. instant dry coffee
3/4 c. whole milk
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. rum
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
8 oz. whipping cream, whipped and sweetened to taste
1 oz. sq. semi-sweet chocolate, shaved
Preparation

Scald milk.
Add to a blender which has been warmed by adding hot water and then dried.
Pour all ingredients, except whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
Blend at high speed and fill pots or stemmed wine glasses, leaving room for cream.
Refrigerate 3 to 8 hours.
Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
