Oh-So-Easy Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/3 c. smooth peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
12 oz. container whipped topping
2 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crusts
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
Beat in sugar and peanut butter.
Slowly add milk and blend into mixture.
Fold whipped topping into mixture.
Pour mixture into pie crusts and freeze until pies are smooth.
Take out of freezer 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 2 pies.
This can be made several days before serving.
