Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bulk breakfast sausage
    1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash browns
    6 eggs, beaten
    12 flour tortillas
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salsa (optional)
Preparation
    Cook sausage in a large frypan until no longer pink; drain. Add hash browns to sausage and cook until lightly browned. Add beaten eggs and cook until eggs are done and well combined with sausage and potatoes.
    Warm tortillas according to package directions.
