Gourmet Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot pork sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. wild rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 small jar pimento, drained and chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Add next 3 ingredients.
    Saute until vegetables are tender. Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
