Deep Fried Won Tons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. of won ton skins
    1 lb. sausage
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    3 stalks green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Fry and crumble sausage, drain grease.
    Let stand.
    Mix sausage, chestnuts and green onions.
    Put a teaspoon of mixture in the center of the square won ton skin.
    Fold the won ton skin to make a triangle.
    Seal with water.
    Put the filled won ton triangle in very hot oil.
    Brown evenly and enjoy.
