Yummy Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 potatoes, cut in eighths lengthwise
    1/2 c. breading mix
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In a paper bag, mix the breading mix, flour, cheese and salt. Put the washed potatoes into the bag and shake to coat.
    Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a cookie sheet that has been coated with both Pam and margarine (about 1/2 cube).
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
    Turn about every 20 minutes.
    These are delicious hot, cold or warmed over.
