Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange jello
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 small carton Cool Whip
    3/4 c. grated carrots
    1 c. hot water
    1 small can crushed pineapple, save juice
Preparation
    Cream together cream cheese and jello.
    Add hot water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add juice from pineapple and let gel slightly. Add crushed pineapple, carrots and Cool Whip.
    Pour into a mold and chill until firm.
