Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 qt. popped popcorn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. white corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    peanuts
Preparation
    Put popcorn in large grocery bag and set aside.
    Combine sugar, margarine, syrup, vanilla and salt.
    Microwave on High 4 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes.
    Add baking soda; mix.
    Pour over popcorn and stir to combine.
    Place bag in microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes.
    Shake bag to stir popcorn.
    Microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Pour on waxed paper or cookie sheets to cool.
    Store in tightly covered container.
