Ambrosia Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. boiling water
    1 can mandarin orange slices, drained
    1 3/4 c. Cool Whip
    8 oz. pkg. orange Jell-O
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. canned coconut
Preparation
    Stir boiling water and Jell-O until dissolved.
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
    Add cold water juice to make one cup.
    Mix Jell-O and pineapple mixtures.
    Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours.
    Then stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
