Meat-Potato Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded raw potato
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 stick Hickory Farms sausage, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Spray a 9-inch pie pan with Pam.
    Put the raw potato in the pan; press evenly into pan.
    Spray again with Pam.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes, until beginning to brown.
