Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. flour
    1/3 tsp. salt
    7/8 c. water
    1/3 tsp. lemon juice
    8 c. canned pie fruit (undrained)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cinnamon, flour and salt in dry bowl or pan.
    Mix water and lemon juice together and add to mixture.
    Add pie fruit. Fold gently.
    Measure approximately 1 quart per unbaked pie shell.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with top crust or lattice top and bake about 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 2 (9-inch) pies.
