Butter Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Combine butter with sugar; do not cream.
    Add flour.
    Mix until dough will form.
    Remove 1/4 cup for crumbs for topping. Press remaining dough into 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0, crust for 12 to 15 minutes, crumbs for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Good crust for frozen pies.
