The Smokey Mountains - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large English muffins, split
    garlic butter, melted
    1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
    12 slices bacon, halved, cooked and drained
    12 oz. pastrami
    6 oz. boiled ham
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    dill pickles
Preparation
    Toast and brush lightly each muffin half with garlic butter. Spread 2 teaspoons dressing on each.
    Top each with half slices of bacon, 1 ounce pastrami, 1/2 ounce ham and 1/2 slice cheese. Place 2 pickle slices crisscross over cheese.
    Broil until cheese begins to melt.
