Cheesy Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 medium onion
    1 lb. American cheese
    8 oz. hot sauce
    1 tsp. red hot sauce
Preparation
    Melt butter with chopped onion.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Add hot sauces; stir until smooth.
    Pour into serving dish.
    Serve with crackers or corn chips.
