Baked Hash Brown Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, defrosted
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Pour half the melted oleo over the thawed potatoes, then mix in soup, sour cream, onion and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Put in greased baking dish and cover with remaining cheese.
    Combine remaining oleo with bread crumbs and put on top of casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
