Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. deveined shrimp
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato paste
    2 bay leaves (whole)
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Steam shrimp about 1 minute.
    Set aside and peel when cool. Don't steam too long because you're gonna use them in the hot sauce later on.
    Nobody likes to eat soggy shrimp.
