Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
Preparation

Mix together flour and sugar.
Gradually add milk, stirring well.
Add egg yolks and melted butter.
Beat egg whites until very stiff.
Fold into mixture. Bake in waffle iron.
