Fry Chik Casserole(I Use This In Place Of Turkey On Holidays) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Fry Chik
1 medium onion, grated or chopped
3 eggs
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. butter or oleo
1 c. grated Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
2 c. Kellogg's crouton stuffing
1 c. milk, heated (I use the microwave)
1/2 to 1 c. cottage cheese (optional)
Preparation

In a large bowl, pour hot milk over croutons and chopped butter and stir.
Scramble eggs and add all ingredients; mix well. Turn mixture into a greased 8 x 12-inch baking pan or equal size and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Top with Vegetarian Gravy.
