Caesar Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cloves garlic
    6 flat anchovies, rinsed, patted dry and chopped
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt (if desired; anchovies give enough salt taste)
    1/3 c. olive oil
Preparation
    In a blender, blend together at high speed garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, mayonnaise and salt until smooth.
    Add olive oil by steady stream at lower speed to blend.
    Add portion of dressing to romaine lettuce and toss until well coated.
    Top with grated Parmesan cheese and croutons.
