8 Minute Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Beat cheese until smooth.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip.
    Spoon into crust and chill until set, 3 to 4 hours.
    Serve plain or with canned pie fillings or fresh strawberries.
