Sliced Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

tomatoes
dried basil
vinegar
salt
onions
sugar
olive oil
pepper
Preparation
-
Place a layer of sliced, unpeeled tomatoes in a shallow bowl. Place a thin slice of onion on each tomato slice.
Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and a pinch of basil. Sprinkle on 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon vinegar and a little olive oil.
Keep layering until you have what you need.
