Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    lemon juice or vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar on low speed for 15 minutes.
    Fold in flour and salt.
    Add lemon juice or vanilla if desired.
    Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
