Hot Couscous - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. summer squash, chopped
    1 c. zucchini, chopped
    1 c. or 1 large onion
    3 cloves or more garlic
    2 c. chickpeas
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. curry powder
    pepper
    salt
    1 (12 oz.) box couscous (whole wheat or white)
    chicken broth or bouillon
    purple or red grapes
Preparation
    Saute the vegetables and garlic in the oil for several minutes.
    Cook couscous in chicken broth in a separate pan.
    Add the chickpeas and the spices to the vegetables, and then add the cooked couscous.
    Cook until everything is hot completely through. Garnish with grapes.
